SOAP запрос в PHP с CURL

Так как руководство по мылу включено php.net не очень Noob дружелюбный, и я не мог найти хороших примеров, я отправлю свой вопрос здесь.

Как я могу создать PHP SOAP запрос, чтобы выглядеть так?

обратите внимание:

  • есть user / pass auth
  • SSL-соединения
