Почему rake db: migrate: reset не указан в rake-T?

почему некоторые задачи рейка не перечислены rake -T? Как db:migrate:reset? Я могу выполнить его без проблем, но почему он не указан там? Есть ли способ получить реальный полный список задач рейка?
