Получить уведомление об отказе / отчет в php

Я разрабатываю приложение, которое захватывает сообщение об ошибке доставки из почтового ящика , я сделал некоторые исследования в нем, но я все еще не могу отфильтровать их, кажется, нет никакого стандарта в нем, поэтому я не могу получить / отфильтровать их ?:

1. Как отличить обычную почту (напр. мой друг прислал мне письмо с фразой "сбой" и фактическим уведомлением об отказе?

2. Если проблема 1 не может быть легко исправлена, то я создаю отдельный аккаунт, чтобы разберитесь с этим, но есть ли способ справиться с отчетом? (Я могу только использовать обычный экспресс почты, чтобы получить место назначения fail deliver и использовать 'failure '' код ' в качестве фильтра?)
