Маркеры места от имени, адреса и почтового индекса

В моей доменной модели для рассматриваемых сущностей у меня есть:

  • название места (например, Waterstones Wakefield)
  • адреса улиц (например, 61-62 Бишопгейт-Уок)
  • и почтовый индекс (например, WF1 1YB)

Из приведенных выше трех фрагментов информации, как я могу получить маркер, расположенный на карте? Я использую Google Maps API 3.
